[TSVN] SSL negotiation failed

Hi

I've set everything up on the server side and that is finally working. I
set-up a apache server on a pc with Windows 2000 Sevice Pack 3. I installed
subverion and tortoiseSVN.

Now I am trying to access it from the client side. I installed tortoiseSVN
on my pc which have Windows XP Service Pack 1 on it.

If I go to my internet explorer and type in http://vvnt03:3127/svn/grms in
it works :

Revision 0: /

(r11581).

But if I go to the repository brower I get the following error :

SSL negotiation failed : SSL error : unknown protocol (hhttp://vvnt03:3127)

Are there something that I must change or add on the client side ?
