Well, I wanted to drop support for Win98 and NT4 some time ago already,
but you should have seen the mails I got when I posted the idea to the
mailing list! I never thought that so many people still use those
ancient OSs in a development environment!
According to our website stats, the MBCS version of TSVN isn't used very
often, so it won't hurt much to 'get rid of it'.
/me ducking in a corner and waiting for angry users flaming me ;)

But since I don't have Win98 (well, I have a licensed copy of it, but it
won't install on my laptop because of missing drivers) and therefore
can't test TSVN on that OS it will always be a little unstable there.
So I'd recommend that you have a talk with your management anyway - if
not for TSVN then for security reasons: win98 really isn't something you
should use in a company.
