correct.

You can check that in the properies dialog, Subversion tab (right-click,
choose 'properties').

I can't reproduce that. It works as expected whenever I try that.
So more information is needed here:
- TSVN version
- Server version
- Access protocol (http, svn, svn+ssh, ...)
