They're not 'activated' yet (i.e. not accessible with a context menu entry).
But if you like to try it out:
TortoiseProc.exe /command:revisiongraph /path:"path/to/working/copy/or/url".

But if you do: don't send enhancement wishes/bugreports or the like.
It's not finished yet at all!
