[TSVN] [Feature] Statically linked ssleay32/libeay32.dll

Hi,

with all versions of TortoiseSVN so far I had a compatibility problem with
a specific other software - a Homebanking-Progam that also uses
ssleay32/libeay32 - but in a different version (I think an older one).
Problem now is that this program also uses the IExplorer-Control, which
causes it to load the wrong version of libeay32/ssleay32 when TortoiseSVN
is installed - leading not only to error-messages (I could live with
that), but leaving the program non-functional.

So I cannot use this program and TortoiseSVN on the same Computer :-(
Would it be possible to link these two libraries statically?

Kind regards,
 Wolfgang
