[TSVN] TSVN and TMerge enhancement requests

Hello devs,

Thanks so much for making a GREAT client for SVN. I'm not sure if I
would be so excited about source control if I did not have the
ease-of-use provided by TSVN.

Here are a few usability enhancement requests:

TSVN
1. Make all windows remember their position (i.e. do not auto-center the
window over the Explorer window).
2. CTRL+A key sequence in log message window (commit dialog) should
select all text (currently, it does nothing).
3. Do not copy "Log Message History" unless I click on one of the
entries in the dropdown (i.e. do not modify my current log message if I
click outside the dropdown). This will allow me to preview history
entries without actually selecting one.

TMerge
1. Make the color of the selected text/diff customizable (should default
to the system "selected items" color).
2. Allow text selection by click+drag
3. Allow arbitrary text to be selected for copy-to-clipboard, not just
full lines
4. In the header of single pane mode, make the "new" filename green and
the "old" filename red. These colors should correspond to the colors of
the added (new) and removed (old) lines in the diff view. This would be
very useful in the case of selecting two files and performing a diff (it
is hard to tell what lines are coming from each file in single pane
mode).

Thank you,
