[TSVN] SSH + Tortoise enhancement

Hi,

        Currently when you spawn SSH from Tortoise (I'm using svn+ssh://) the ssh window pops up in the foreground
which is really ugly. Ideally I'd like to use "start /b" for the command-line so SSH runs as a minimized background
window but this does not work. Can you add some sort of option to run SSH in the background? My 2 cents is that it
should *always* run in the background.
