No plans, no. Moving a lot of files directly in the repository is a bad
idea because you can't do that in one single revision.
I know that moving a lot of files in the working copy requires a lot of
time and memory. This is a Subversion issue which came up last week on
their mailing list. Don't know if they plan to do something about that
though - there was only one person complaining about it.
