Tried it with my latest build. Works correctly (with file:/// and
german locale).
And I haven't changed anything in the encoding of the author since the
last release - so I'm wondering:
- are you using http:// or svn:// or svn+ssh:// to connect to the repository?
- is the encoding on the server working correctly?
