Well, I just wanted bugtraq:message to be displayed something like
that (for bug ID PRJ-01):
Related JIRA Issue: /PRJ-01/

With 'PRJ-01' being hyperlinked like in the following HTML snippet:
Related JIRA Issue: /PRJ-01

Or did I misunderstand the whole 'hyperlink-to-issue-tracker'
functionality altogether?
