[TSVN] Minor Change to the Update Dialog

Hi Stefan,

In my experience, whenever I've seen the update dialog, I've always wanted
to use it to update to a specific revision which is kind of annoying because
you have to explicitly select the 'Revision' radio button and then click the
edit box before you can actually enter the revision number. So, I modified
it such that by default, the Revision radio button is enabled and focus is
set to the edit control (see the attached patch). Feel free to throw it away
if you disagree.
