[TSVN] Re: Graphs and case-insensitive user names

Yes, the server is running windows but will soon be moved to linux.

I thought the server would be the same on both windows/linux for this.

For TSVN-1.1.1, where is the auth data stored so we can clear it and set
all to case sensitive.
