[TSVN] TMerge context menu text error

Build 1949
From show log, diff an older revision with the WC, or diff 2 revisions.
TMerge in 2 pane view
Left context menu has
    Use this text block
    Use this whole file
Right context menu has
    Use text block from "theirs"
    Use this whole file

This is a diff, not a merge so there is no "theirs". The 2 menus should read
the same.
