[TSVN] Error on nightly build?

Hi Russell,

I just downloaded last night's build. The update.txt file states that it
is build 1959, but when I install it it comes up as 1949. Diffing the
two msi files shows that the current msi is identical to the 1949 msi.

Is there any way to add a check so that if the build fails for some
reason, the snapshot folder content is self-consistent?
