[TSVN] Can't find "move" option

Using TortoiseSVN 1.1.1, Build 1857, UNICODE, I want to move a file or
files from one directory to another. Following both the helpfile and the
online docs. I select the file, and right-button-drag it to its
destination. The menu that pops up has options for "Subversion export
here" and "Subversion export all here" as the only Subversion options.
There should be one there for "move", right?

What am I doing wrong?
