No, I can see that. The whole refresh business is not great at the moment
- it would be nice to be able to recognise the F5, and it would be nice to
be able to invalidate the cache (even selectively, if possible) as a result
of SVN-related changes.

I find it hard to make much time to look at this stuff at the moment,
though I am interested in improving it.
