[TSVN] Standalone Repo Browser

Stephan et al.,

have you considered the possibility of making a standalone repository
browser? I feel silly having to open an Explorer window just to
right-click and select Repo Browser. All the functionality required is
obviously there, but it's just packaged another way.

What do you think?
