[TSVN] Minor usability defect: Ctrl-A does not select all in log message text areas

Hi,

accidentally I noticed that in the "Enter log message" UI for committing
changes, Ctrl-A does not select all text in the log message text area.
Holding Shift and using arrow keys enables the user to select multiple
chars/lines, but a common Windows standard is to support Ctrl-A for
selecting all text in the current UI-control that has focus. (Some? All?)
other screens seem to support this.
