Sorry, I should have mentioned that. Each xincluded file has to be a well
formed xml file on ist (<- I hate Outlook! It always 'auto corrects' my its
to ist) own. So it's not allowed to have more than one root element.

Indeed. Thanks for your work! I'm just rebuilding the docs!

By the way: I'd like to get away from the batch to have a real makefile for
the docs, translations, installers, everything. Do you think we could agree
on a standard make? Would 'nmake' be ok with everybody?
I'd love to type 'make all' or 'make installer' in the tsvn root or just
'make de' inside 'doc' or 'languages' to create the proper language pack or
docs.
