What did you try? Setting lang="de" around the german note inside the
english file, hoping that it will be ignored in one case and displayed in
the other? That's what I tried without success. Maybe we need another
parameter for our xml parser to handle this. I know that the gaim docs
contain several languages in one file, each with a lang="xx" attribute, but
I don't know how they build the docs.

I'm glad you currently have time for this. I'm swamped but I'll keep working
