[TSVN] proxy problem ?

Hello,
I've this small problem....
When i'm tring to checkout SVN source (using TSVN or svn command line
client) from http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk, I allways get this
error message:

REPORT request failed on '/repos/svn/!svn/vcc/default'
REPORT of '/repos/svn/!svn/vcc/default':400 Bad Request
(http://svn.collab.net)

I have correct proxy settings on Network tab in TSVN (i'm behind the
firewall). Repo Browser or IE works just fine with same URL and same
proxy settings (even without proxy - our admin says that proxy is
transparent) ...only checkout don't :(

I'm using TSVN nightly 1.1.1 buil 1920 and SVN 1.1.1 (but problem was
same when i was using TSVN 1.1.1 stable release)
Win XP Sp1 EN
