[TSVN] Can't apply patch

Hello,

I will apply a patch but I get an error

An unknown line type was found in line 30713 !

I use
 TortoiseSVN 1.1.1, Build 1857
 Subversion 1.1.1

I open the file with notepad and found this content in line 30173
+++ PDFSpooler/PDFSpooler.vbp (working copy)

What is wrong?
