First, this is more complicated than

hower mouse over directory -> right click -> diff

Secondly, There is a slight change that someone accidentally commits
something with that techique.

And it will show changes against head, (I don't want that), and
moreover, it will contact server, which is totally counter productive
if you think of subversion's pristine-working-copies.

60-80% of my (t)svn commands are 'diff', when the rest are (svn st),
commit, update. So I think there is a real need for that. At least
with my usage pattern.
