[TSVN] Re: Strange icon overlay

I tried to reproduce this, but found a different fault instead. I added
a sub folder (Obj) to my WC and the added it to the ignore list.
Check-for-updates and Commit both show that the parent folder is
modified (properties only) but its overlay still shows Unmodified in the
explorer right pane.

Using Win2K. Until recently, the right pane has always shown the correct
overlay after I press F5.

I would guess all these are somehow related to the optimisations that
Stefan and Will have done.
