I've checked the code and it's ok. The date you're seeing indicates that
something went wrong when fetching the status of your working copy, i.e.
there was no date to fetch at all (or no date was set for the file).

I've added an error check in revision 1916 and uploaded the updated tool
to the website. Maybe you can try again with that version and check the
error message.

If that still doesn't work, then please find the file which was last
committed and then show up the properties dialog, Subversion tab and
then check the 'last-committed-date' there.
