[TSVN] Naming Revisions

I don't know if this option requires a change to SVN, or if it is something
that can be done by TortoiseSVN. It would be nice if you could actually
name revisions, and put a label on a revision number. I realize I can put a
comment on a revision, but it would be nice if I could put a text label that
is associated with a revision. I would use these labels far more sparingly
than the comments. Then it would be nice too be able to view a list of
revisions that had a label associated with it. It is not easy to remember
or associate a number with any given event in time, but if I could label a
revision, then I could look down my list of named revisions and see a
particular point in time I wanted to remember. I also realize I can
"branch" to remember that moment in time, but having a simple label would be
quicker and easier to deal with in many instances. I am not subscribed to
the mailing list, so a direct response would be appreciated.

Thanks
