[TSVN] Show log dialog stop-on-copy

Hi Stefan,

In the showlog dialog, when the Show All button is disabled, the
stop-on-copy checkbox should be as well.

The check box is a long way from the button, so it is not obvious that
they are related. Maybe you could rearrange the controls so you have
something like this:

||||||progress|||||||||||

[Show Log] [.] Stop-on-copy [ OK ] [Help]
