The context menu title is not entirely clear, but it will update only
the item for which you are doing 'show log'. If that is a folder, then
it will update that (sub)tree, but if you did show log for a file, only
that file is updated to the earlier revision.

But why do you want to do that anyway? If you want to look at a file in
a particular revision you can do 'save revision to...' to save a copy of
the old rev file. That way you don't end up with a mixed revision WC.

Doesn't happen with me. Which version of TSVN are you using?
