[TSVN] Possible WC performance increase?

Hi,

Does the change in SVN rev 11592 have much relevance to TSVN's performance?

There has been some discussion on the SVN dev list about this patch, which
seems a fairly straightforward reduction in the amount of file-statting
which goes on during an 'svn status' run.

Is this likely to positively affect SVN?
