When a new files is adding to SVN by menu \"Add\" if access denied or
other error occurred the process stoped after error message.
How Can I add to SVN Windows registry files and other locked files or
skip thus files and continue process?
The long process of adding, updating or commiting alsow stoped when
some error or message occured.
