... which would be defined as bugtraq:message property if I understand
correctly.

Assuming I want to use Trac which expects something like 'fixes #1234' I
would define bugtraq:message to be 'fixes #%BUGID%', right?

What would happen with multiple bug IDs then - I guess the result would
be 'fixes #1234,4356'? Is there any way to have it expanded as 'fixes
#1234, #4356'? (If not it's a matter of customizing trac's hook scripts,
which is still viable)
