I would see that as a valid first attempt which is (just a little)
better than what we already have (BTW: just started to check out how
bugtraqing works - this is already great!!! Kudos...).

The point is not really to show the list in TSVN.
What is not cured that way is that the user still has to enter the issue
ID correctly, so it's not really supportive because he can still
memorize wrong (even on the short way from browser to TSVN) and hit the
wrong key accidentally.
What I would really like to see is an integrated and fast way to see the
tickets to choose from, select one easily with a lot less keys and
hassles than firing up the browser, switching between the two apps,
switching once more because I was destracted by a phone call, still
hitting the wrong number because I'm trembling hard today, .... You get
the idea :-)

As I said before (approx. 50 posts ago ;-) - to me personally it's just
a convenience thing. Enforcement is completely different story and not
TSVNs jobs IMO (but I guess we have discussed that as well to a
satisfying degree).
