OK, so maybe a mix of insight / simple list ? A pane in the commit box
that would get filled & focus when the bugs list is loaded. When a bug
ID is selected, focus goes back to the message control, and there we
go.

Of course I believe that a tickets list cache would be mandatory
there... what's your point of vue about that topic ?
