Sure, the download would be made by using some browser module. It's no
problem for TSVN on Windows, because I know how to use the IE control
for that. But I don't know how other clients on Linux/MacOSX would do
that.

- Issue/ticket number
- title/subject of the ticken
- URL to the ticket, if more information is needed.

But not more. For more, the URL and the browser should be used and not
a Subversion client.
