[TSVN] Context menu slow, when many files are selected

Hi Folks,

This has also been asked on the FAQ. If many versioned files are selected,
the right-click context menu takes ages to appear. I could reproduce this
with a working copy containing 187 versioned files in one directory. Select
them all, right-click and explorer goes up to 100% for 20 second. The Guy on
the FAQ reported waiting for a minute when ~30 files are selected in a 4400
File working copy (he didn't say if they are in one dir though.

Is there anything that can be done about this by TortoiseSVN or is this an
explorer bug?
