[TSVN] BUG ? checkmark mini-icon doesn't appear when WC is accessed via UNC name

This is TortoiseSVN 1.1.0, build 1769.

The attached bitmap pretty much shows it all -- the two Explorer
windows are showing the same folder, but one was started with ``start
f:\wc\vhti\FEC-compliance'', whereas the other was started with ``start
\\erich\rusty\wc\vhti\FEC-compliance''. I've hit F5 in both of them.

I was expecting the checkmarks to appear in both windows (and for that
matter, the "SVN Status" column entries to read "normal" in both
windows too.)
