The safest upgrade path at the moment from SVN 1.0.6 is to the newly
released
1.0.9

The SVN 1.1.0 release is also available, but a go-slow bug was
inadvertently introduced at the last minute. If you need the new 1.1
features, you should use 1.1.0RC3. SVN 1.1.1, which fixes the go-slow,
will probably be out in a couple of weeks.
