[TSVN] tortoisesvn and directory opus

  I'm using excellent explorer replacement, Directory Opus (dopus.com), and
it doesn't work with TortoiseSNV very well.

  The problem is that context-menu is messed up.

  I have 'Clean Up' menu entry that does Update, 'Settings' that Branches,
etc.
  Tooltips show fine though.
  Some other entries are missing ('Add to ignore list' for example).
  Every reinstall gives menu item names+icons in different order.

  Some icons are indented 5px more to right, and it sometimes changes when
you hover mouse over menu entry.

  Context menu on the very same file/dir in Explorer is ok.

  I haven't got any problems like that with Directory Opus + other
applications. Tortoise CVS's context menus work perfectly.
