[TSVN] Integrating TSVN with Mantis Bugtracker

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone have successfully integrated
TSVN/SVN with Mantis Bugtracker?

I have a post-commit batch file that runs svnlook and
redirects the output to checkin.php in Mantis.

I've managed to get the committed logmessage to show up
as an issue note on the related issue, using the bugtraq:*
properties for TSVN.

My problem is that special swedish characters (aao) doesn't
show up right in the issue note - I guess this goes for
all "international" characters as well. Does anyone have
any ideas for how to convert/specify the characterset used
with svnlook or at the receiving end, in php?

I thought maybe you, Lubbe, would know something about this
since you're somewhat involved with that project (Mantis) too
(or do I remember wrong?).

I realise this might not be a 100% TSVN topic, but since you
all are such a bunch of nice guys I thought it wouldn't harm
to ask anyway.
