[TSVN] how to register?

Hello,

I seem to be unable to register to this distribution list.

I filled in the registration form and was told a "ticket" was sent to
me. But I received nothing.

I tried two more times, with 2 other mail addresses, but I still receive
nothing. I also tried to have my password sent to me. Can anybodz tell
me what is wrong? Please reply to my private address, since I can not
log in to the mailing list. I tried on both of
dev-subscribe@tortoisesvn.tigris.org and
users-subscribe@subversion.tigris.org.
