OK. Then why the single line dissapears? It makes impression that the list
already was refreshed.

What are the advantages of case sensitivity on Windows? I see none, but I
see disadvantages. On Windows whenver svn matches files, it should be case
insensitive, e.g. with svn:ignore. That is the way how all other programs on
Windows behave. I personally hate the fact that Windows is not case
sensitive, but if it is, the programs should behave in consistent and
expected way.
