[TSVN] Add to ignore list

Hi,

I just started with TSVN. I tried to add "Debug" and "Release" subfolder to
svn:ignore in Commit dialog. When I rightclick on the Debug folder and "Add
to ignore list", the folder is deleted from list of files to commit. However
all the files that are in this folder are still listed. I have to reopen the
dialog and now it works as expected.

Another similar bug. I right click a file "Debug/output.obj" and select "Add
to ignore list". Both of the two options will show error dialog "Could not
add..." but the file is erased from the list.

Ignore list is case sensitive on Windows. I think that Windows build of
SVN/TSVN should be case insensitive and follow the common behaviour on that
platform.

Thanks, Jan

PS: I have TSVN 1.1.0 build 1769
