[TSVN] Modifying TSVN settings clears the log history combo

Using 1.1.0

I just went in to TSVN settings to add an extension to the ignore set,
and then tried my commit again and the log history combo was cleared.

I have repeated this and the same thing happens so it looks like the log
history is getting cleared when you click Ok on the settings dialog.
