[TSVN] Empty message box when SSH client path is wrong

Recently I upgraded to TortoiseSVN 1.1 and didn't notice that TortoisePlink
was moved to the new bin directory. Becase of this my "SSH client" setting
became wrong. When I clicked - for example - on the Log menu I got a
completely empty message box.
