[TSVN] Query on <guimenuitem> in docs

Hi Lübbe

Some parts of the docs have something like
"<guimenuitem>Revert</guimenuitem>" as inline tags, and in other places
we have something like:
<menuchoice>
    <guimenuitem>Revert</guimenuitem>
</menuchoice>

Which form do you prefer?

Also, references to the svnserve program always appears as
"<filename>svnserve</filename>" which I don't think is correct. Does it
need tagging?

Also also, Some of the FAQ questions are quite long. Do you want:
a) <title>very long question name on a single line</title>
b) <title>very long question name
   on multiple lines</title>
c) <title>
        very long question name
        on multiple lines
   </title>

I have seen a and b but not c.
