[TSVN] Shell Integration - Menu positioning

Hi,

would it be a lot of work to make the position where the tortoisesvn
menu appears under File (in Windows Explorer) configurable. Some of my
collegues complain about tortoisesvn, because instead of what they're
used to (almost blindly clicking File > New > Folder) they now get the
repo browser or checkout dialog.

Just inquiring, don't shoot the messenger.
