[TSVN] installation overrides SSH client setting

Everytime I install a new TortoiseSVN version the Network/SSH client setting
is replaced by the path of TortoisePlink. I do use TortoisePlink but with
several parameters on its command line and these parameters are lost in this
way.

I guess this is not the intended behaviour because other settings are
preserverd.
