[TSVN] socket operation on non-socket

Hello,

when trying to connect to repository via the Repo Browser
Explorer Extension using "svn://..." adress I'm getting an
"socket operation on non-socket" error message.

I'm using a client running MS Windows ME - other clients
running Win XP seem to work fine.

Are there any settings that have to be made on ME
systems?
