[TSVN] client certificates

Hi,

as of revision 1782, TSVN now can save the path to the client
certificate and the password for the certificate automatically in the
registry if the users activates the corresponding checkbox in the dialog(s).

Thanks go to Milen A. Radev for providing a test server!
