[TSVN] Bug: setting properties

(Forgot to mention; TSVN 1.1.0 "special needs", SVN 1.1.0)

When I select a property from the dropdown (on a folder; haven't tried
on a file), the lower textbox populates with the property's value (if
any).

If I then change the selection, and the selection I'm changing to
doesn't have a value, the previous property's value is still displayed
- ie, the box isn't getting blanked.

Potentially confusing to users, I guess. Bit trivial; sorry!
